Software Development Engineer - DynamoDB, DynamoDB

Requirements

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on the hardest engineering problems in distributed systems at a massive scale
• Owning everything from end to end: requirements gathering, designs, implementations, code reviews, operations, mentoring, and continuous improvement
• Constantly improving and adding new capabilities to DynamoDB
• Developing and managing Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS
