Junior Software Engineer I - Apprenticeship Programme 2025 (Manchester)

Requirements

• Be aged 18 or over by August 31st, 2025
• Predicted or achieved 104 UCAS points (A Levels Grade C or above or BTEC’s/T levels with merit or distinction) or completed a L3 in a digital-related apprenticeship.
• Hold a Grade C or Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Be able to provide an ENIC statement of comparability in a timely manner for qualifications obtained outside the UK
• Must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject as the apprenticeship
• Eligibility to work full-time in England for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• A minimum of 3 years' residency in the UK or EEA is necessary
• Must reside in England and be able to commute to our Manchester office on a hybrid schedule (no relocation will be provided)

Nice to Haves

• Proof of a valid visa or eligibility to work until the end-point assessment (EPA) in 2029
