Data Engineer - Enterprise Data Warehouse Platform

Requirements

• Data-driven engineer
• 5+ years experience in Data Warehouse pipelines
• Excellent knowledge of Dimensional (Kimball) and Data Vault modelling techniques
• Good knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and query tuning
• DataOps mentality with automation and self-service tools

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with automating and creating self-service tooling
• Python, Snowflake dbt, Airflow, Gitlab CI/CD, Docker, AWS
• Data modelling tools (Ellie)

What You'll Be Doing

• Review, approve, and operationalize data models
• Create and enforce data modelling best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Develop analytics data architecture
• Create user knowledge base and guidebook
• Support performance, operations, upgrades, user support
• Produce proposed target architecture for new capabilities
