Data Engineer II - Partner Data Foundations & Tooling

Requirements

• More than +3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Data Engineer with a degree in a quantitative field
• Proven knowledge of Python is required
• Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Knowledge of Spark, CDC, Kafka, Cassandra, Airflow, Snowflake, DBT, or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Java/Scala
• Familiarity with the Hadoop Ecosystem

What You'll Be Doing

• Rapidly developing next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance data pipelines
• Solving issues with data and data pipelines, prioritizing based on customer impact
• End-to-end ownership of data quality in core datasets and data pipelines
• Experimenting with new tools and technologies
• Providing tools that improve data quality company-wide
• Serving as the main point of contact for technical and business stakeholders
