DevOps Engineer - Tech. Architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent within a relevant field
• 3-5 years' of experience in DevOps role
• Deep understanding of data orchestration and pipeline design in asset-centric environments
• Fluency in scripting/programming (Python, Shell)
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform, AWS infrastructure, and cloud-native database technologies
• Strong background with designing and maintaining systems under security compliance

What You'll Be Doing

• Architect and optimize data infrastructure for FP&A and Finance
• Lead the adoption and day-to-day management of Dagster
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Drive the onboarding, integration, and productionization of new data sources
• Guide and mentor data and software engineers on DevOps best practices
• Lead incident response, root cause investigations, and postmortem documentation

Nice to Haves

• Proven track record in automating, securing, and monitoring CI/CD pipelines for regulated data applications
• Experience leading process improvements for Data Engineering
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Snowflake
• Excellent communicator in cross-functional settings
