What you'll be doing

• Own escalated support tickets and serve as a technical liaison
• Build and nurture the developer community
• Create and publish educational and promotional content
• Represent Buffer at conferences and events
• Improve developer documentation and shape the API roadmap
• Identify partnership opportunities and build integrations
