Senior Software Developer

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design and development
• Experience building and operating large-scale systems
• Solid understanding of basic systems operations (disk, network, operating systems, etc)
• Proficiency in Go, Python, C++, or other statically typed languages

Nice to Haves:

• A strong background in distributed storage systems or databases
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or other similar Container orchestration platforms
• Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
• Experience running production cloud services

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop a high-availability infrastructure and tooling for Flink
• Design, develop and operationalize high performance systems
• Independently drive execution of software projects
• Troubleshoot issues and improve operations for technical stack
