Staff Network Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in designing and building redundant network infrastructure for campus networks with emphasis on ZeroTrust, SD-WAN, and Wireless
• Deep understanding of OSI Layer and its application
• Experience applying network and security principles within a cloud infrastructure deployment
• Track record of delivering resilient network systems with focus on end user experience
• Hands-on technical skills in complex network system design and implementation

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing LAN, WAN, and VPN approach for company campus networks
• Providing secure and performant infrastructure through technologies like SD-WAN and WIFI6/7
• Developing network automation for scale and predictability using common languages
• Facilitating partnerships with security and compliance teams
• Assisting in Capacity Planning and network roadmap
• Knowledge transfer, enablement, and mentoring of team members and vendors

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks Global Protect Prisma Access VPN solutions
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and Aruba wireless system
• Comfortable programming in languages like Spark, Python, node.js, golang, or Scala a plus
