Senior Software Engineer - Incident Management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience building software that solves real user problems
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed systems
• Interest in analyzing incidents and sharing findings
• Experience being on-call and responding to incidents
• Empathy, collaboration, and communication skills in English
• Willingness to teach and train other engineers

• Establish best practices for on-call experience
• Define incident response processes
• Contribute to post-mortem process and reading group
• Facilitate incident reviews and training
