You have led large cross-team initiatives in an environment where security, speed, and reliability are first-order concerns
You have hands-on experience with supply chain related projects, such as CI systems, release management tooling and Linux/macOS/Windows packaging
You are able to bring best practices from across the world of software engineering and adapt them to the Agent
You enjoy mentoring and coaching other engineers to become more complete
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and drive high priority, high visibility projects that increase the Agent supply chain’s security, resilience and scalability across multiple teams
Identify potential system risks and trends in security or reliability, design and implement solutions to address them
Collaborate closely with partner teams that integrate and depend on the Agent to provide critical capabilities to their customers
Support the growth of the Agent, welcoming new products and new engineering teams, providing the best platform to develop, test, build and release the Agent
Lead and guide other engineers around you through architectural decisions
Provide input on prioritizing engineering-led initiatives in short- and long-term planning as well as contribute to both the product and engineering roadmaps
