Staff Software Engineer (Frontend) - DesignOps

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with a focus on accessibility standards and tools
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and advanced CSS
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Positive team player with a motivating presence

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establishing a clear company-wide vision for accessibility
• Building scalable tooling for accessibility testing and compliance
• Providing expertise on accessibility and guiding technical implementations
• Representing accessibility priorities in planning sessions
