Software Engineer - Data & Analytics Platform

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in building and operating distributed systems and/or stream processing applications
• Proven ability to build and operate distributed systems at scale
• Experience in data engineering, data science, and infrastructure projects
• Able to work with ambiguity, ship quickly, and overcome obstacles

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable tools and infrastructure to support the product engineering team
• Create a development environment for reliable Flink jobs and rapid engineer iteration
• Contribute to open-source Flink development
• Drive technical growth of Flink stream processing across all product areas at Datadog
