Requirements

• 2+ years leading cross-team initiatives in a platform or infrastructure-focused environment
• Experience leading technical initiatives focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy
• Reliability-oriented mindset with a focus on building resilient architectures
• Significant backend programming experience with distributed systems at high scale
