Staff Engineer - Agent Runtimes

Requirements:

• You are a significantly experienced software engineer with an extensive background in backend engineering (Go, Python, Rust, C++, etc.) and software performance optimization.
• With a strong experience of 10+ years, you have created and delivered on-premise/packaged solutions with a high-performance and customer-centric approach.
• You have demonstrated the ability to lead large cross-team initiatives in an environment where security, speed, and reliability are paramount.
• You are a strong communicator, especially on complex technical topics.
• You enjoy mentoring and coaching other engineers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement internal Agent libraries and frameworks for consistent user experience and connectivity.
• Develop and maintain core functionality for runtimes used by the Agent.
• Investigate, develop, and maintain core architectures for a small, fast, and composable Agent.
• Solve complex cross-team projects/problems with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead and guide other engineers in their growth.
• Collaborate closely with partner teams depending on the Agent for critical capabilities.
• Support the growth of the Agent adoption and featureset.
