Senior Software Engineer - High Performance Transaction Systems (Lisbon)

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with distributed systems like Zookeeper, Cassandra, Postgres, etc.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Go, Java, Rust
• Ability to design performant architecture for high-scale problem-solving
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure for scalability and cost-efficiency
• Investigating and resolving platform or application issues
• Supporting services and datastores 24x7
• Developing automation tools to streamline infrastructure operations
• Collaborating with developers on data models and datastore choices
