Staff Engineer - Agent Runtimes

Requirements:

• Significantly experienced software engineer with backend engineering expertise in Go, Python, Rust, C++, etc.
• Strong experience of 10+ years in creating high-performance on-premise solutions
• Ability to lead large cross-team initiatives emphasizing security, speed, and reliability
• Strong communicator on complex technical topics
• Mentoring and coaching skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement internal Agent libraries and frameworks for consistent user experience
• Develop and maintain core functionalities for runtimes used by the Agent
• Investigate and implement core architectures for small, fast, and composable Agent
• Solve complex cross-team projects and problems
• Lead and guide engineers' growth and development
• Collaborate with partner teams for critical capabilities
