Staff Software Engineer - Analytics Data Platform

Requirements:

• Seasoned software engineer with experience in distributed systems and stream processing applications
• Reliability and efficiency-focused, designing resilient systems
• Experience leading cross-team engineering initiatives
• Comfortable jumping into any part of the stack

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work on scalable data processing infrastructure and tools like Flink, Spark, PySpark, and Kubernetes
• Support productization of AI efforts and collaborate with engineering teams
• Contribute to open-source development of Flink and Spark
• Identify scalability and reliability risks and drive growth of batch and streaming frameworks
• Lead and support the team through mentorship and technical leadership
