Staff Software Engineer - APM Troubleshooting Experience

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience, including effective communication and coordination
• Deep backend programming expertise
• Customer-first mindset and a drive to build products that meet real needs
• Ownership of ambiguous and complex problems to deliver real value

• Design and drive high-priority projects for APM
• Provide technical leadership across organizational boundaries
• Lead and guide other engineers through decisions
