Requirements:

• Strong security expertise
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives in a platform or infrastructure-focused environment
• Passionate about performance and efficiency optimization
• Significant backend programming experience and experience with distributed systems

• Design and drive high priority projects to increase platform resilience and scalability
• Lead architectural decisions for new and existing distributed systems
• Identify system risks and design solutions to address them
• Collaborate with partner platforms integrating with the event platform
