Senior Software Engineer - Kubernetes / Container Monitoring

Requirements:

• You have a significant experience (7 years+) as a software engineer or platform engineer/SRE that helped you become fluent in various languages (Golang, C++, Rust, C#, Java,…) and willing to continue to learn more.
• You already worked in-depth with containerized environments and demonstrate a strong knowledge in Kubernetes and its API’s components (api-server, kubelet; creating Kubernetes resources) and design patterns such as Kubernetes controllers, operator, reconcile loop,…

Nice to Have:

• You have mastered one or more container orchestrators such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, Mesos, or Nomad
• You enjoy interacting with the upstream open-source communities and can drive technical conversations in the open

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build open-source software that monitors containers, their runtimes and other components of the cloud-native ecosystem
• Participate and contribute to upstream open-source communities
• Do it in Go, Python, or any language that fits the particular task at hand
• Design and write features that solve new problems in the industry
• Have a significant impact on the product and the user experience of fellow engineers who use the product
