Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack

Requirements:

• Pride in readable, well-designed, well-tested software
• Experience writing web-based applications in any language, and an interest in learning (Go, Ruby/Rails, Python, Scala, or Rust)
• Familiarity and practical experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity and practical experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above)
• Familiarity and practical experience with "NoSQL" data backends and others such as Redis, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, Memcache

What you'll be doing:

• You will improve code structure, architecture, and review code of any scope produced by your team
• You'll aim to simplify the maintenance and operation of production systems, promoting visibility, operational readiness, and health of your team's systems
• Build relationships with other engineering teams, identify collaboration opportunities, and influence the roadmap within your team
• Take an active role in the hiring process, conducting engineering interviews, and supporting the personal growth of colleagues
