3+ years experience working in marketing, promotions or the go-to market space
Operationally focused with experience in planning and managing campaigns or initiatives
Hands-on experience of using marketing, campaign or promotions tooling
Adept in stakeholder management with experience of this across teams or markets
Enthusiastic about building deep understanding of capabilities and sharing knowledge
A track record of working with technology and business teams to successfully drive adoption of products
What you'll be doing
Lead on the campaign planning and prioritisation process, from quarterly planning across markets of key campaigns down to execution planning with marketers, engineers and data scientists
Execute flawless incentives campaigns, partnering with engineers, data science, CRM and local marketers
Be the go-to expert on all things incentives, helping markets leverage our capabilities and guiding them on their campaign approach and choice of mechanic
Work in collaboration with Data Science to distil learnings on campaign performance and share these across markets to maximise the value of every campaign
Lead go-to-market for our key product roll-outs, bridging the gap between Tech and commercial teams to drive awareness, adoption and satisfaction with incentive capabilities
