Requirements

• Experience line-managing data scientists and managers, and guiding their career development
• Prior hands-on experience as a senior-level individual contributor, familiar with experimentation, causal analysis, and data visualization methods
• Identifies opportunities where data science and analytics can add significant value
• Comfortable working with stakeholders up to C-level
• Able to bring together individuals from different backgrounds to form a cohesive team
