Client Platforms Engineer (Enterprise Tech)

Requirements

• Operating Systems: 3+ years experience managing macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS at scale, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Device Management (MDM): 3+ years experience with leading device management systems for a global fleet.
• Scripting and Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language for automation and tool building.
• Endpoint Management Tooling: Experience with open-source endpoint management tooling for application management and telemetry.
• Security: 3+ years experience with security tools, EDR tools, vulnerability management, and patch management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Platform Management: Design, build, implement, and maintain scalable endpoint management platforms.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures across all platforms.
• Automation: Advocate for automation and eliminate manual work through tool building.
• Strategy and Support: Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for endpoint management platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to provide technical expertise.
