Data Scientist - Customer Data Platform (all genders)

Requirements

• Solid experience applying statistical and machine learning models.
• Solid experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience with productionalizing data science models and validating their online performance using testing methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based computing platforms, such as GCP or AWS as well as deep knowledge with MLOps best practices and tools.
• You are a critical thinker and creative problem solver.
• You are a team player who loves to collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Proven track record of scientific work in relevant fields.
• Hands-on experience in collaborating with marketing teams.
• Experience in reinforcement learning approaches such as multi-armed bandit (MAB).
• Previous experience working in a cross-functional platform team/organisation.

• Build and operate end-to-end data science models for improving the customer journey.
• Solve complex business problems using advanced data science techniques.
• Analyse data to gain insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with CDP platform teams to deploy and monitor production-grade data science models.
• Collaborate with product specialists and user experience teams to identify data and solution requirements.
