Senior Workday Specialist (f/m/d)

Requirements:

• You perform tasks like understanding business requirements, configuring Workday HCM Modules, demonstrating configurations, and assisting in testing
• You lead projects, ensure testing coverage, and support bi-yearly Workday releases
• You maintain key Workday HCM elements and participate in system improvements
• You help with building custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards
• You provide guidance to team members and users on Workday system usage
• 5+ years implementing HRIS solutions, with specific experience in Workday HCM

Nice to have:

• Previously Certified Workday Consultant
• Strong understanding of Human Resource anatomy and systems
• Experience with Microsoft applications and relational database query methods
• Experience with ticket and project management tools
• Proficiency in data analysis/visualization software and ability to translate technical into non-technical messaging
