Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Android development with Kotlin
Solid understanding of the Android OS internals
Passionate about crafting simple solutions to complex engineering problems and writing readable, maintainable, well-tested code
Experience with multithreaded programming and proper state management
Experience with CI/CD, Automation tools and strong testing practices
Experience in measuring, monitoring, performance profiling and improving application performance

Nice to Have:

Experience with scripting languages, for advanced CI integrations
Experience with performance monitoring tools and ability to effectively use performance profiling tools combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Enable a team of 70+ engineers to ship performant products with high quality
Being part of the Android infrastructure team, you own / work / build / maintain performance of the app and performance tooling
You are going to be part of the team that influences performance standards, best practices and detect performance issues with automation
Support other teams by providing tooling, infrastructure support for better productivity and quality
Monitor, analyze and improve the performance of the app, infrastructure and CI pipelines
Be a leader and a role model, setting high standards for engineering excellence, performance, and scalability
