Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, ideally in an independent role.
Extensive knowledge of contemporary testing methodologies, including automated and manual testing strategies.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of API testing tools, performance testing tools, and UI automation tools.
Proactive, curious, and collaborative.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering on deadlines.
Experience in providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality improvement.

Nice to haves:

Knowledge in Python, Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Terraform, REST, gRPC.
Understanding of advertising technologies, including ad-serving platforms, programmatic ecosystems, and data management.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, distributed systems, data processing/analytics, big data technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies and oversee quality aspects on the adtech level.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and ensure timely resolution.
Design and develop automated test frameworks and test cases.
Participate in all phases of the software development process.
Perform thorough testing of software applications, including various types of testing.
Mentor and guide junior SDETs and QA engineers in best practices.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of a robust testing culture.
