Have the right to live and work in Germany and/or hold an EU passport
Have (or be graduating from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field
If graduated, you may also have a maximum of 2 years of experience in similar job fields
Coding bootcamp graduates (recent/upcoming) are also eligible to apply and do not need to meet the degree requirement above; please apply if you have a minimum of 6-12 months’ internship/bootcamp experience
Have a good understanding of and direct experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (see below), ideally from internships, bootcamps, or open-source projects
Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach
Have good communication and collaboration skills
Be business fluent in English
Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes
