Staff, Data Scientist - Global People Analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science or other technical fields
• Proven experience in the use of data and analytical tools (such as Python, R) to develop models and algorithms
• Great storyteller and can present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to haves

• You are the role model on ML and statistics across several squads
• Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously

What you'll be doing

• Own the analysis cycle, from gathering the business requirements to presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead analytical projects in support of the overall People Analytics and P&C team goals
• Select appropriate methodologies to analyze data and extract insight for key stakeholders
