Senior Data Analyst - People

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field)

• Strong critical thinking, ability to deep dive and fully understand patterns in data

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Superior storytelling, ability to write clear and engaging executive summaries with the conclusions of the data analysis produced

• Strong business acumen and understanding of key concepts of human resources would be a plus

• Familiarity with languages and tools for data manipulation, analysis and plotting (R, R-shiny, R-markdown, Scikit, Numpy/Scipy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Bokeh, Jupyter)

What you'll be doing

• Develop, maintain and improve analytical pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and reporting

• Proactively analyze people data to identify trends and establish key performance metrics to monitor areas for improvement and optimization

• Partner with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Translating technical information into digestible content to drive action plans and decision making

• Raise the bar in the data analysis of employees attrition, org design, efficiency drivers, D&I and other key metrics that bring best practices to the People & Culture department

• Drive data literacy training and upskill people partners and other key stakeholders in the use and understanding of people data
