Engineer II, Golang and Python - (Logistics, AI Autopilot)

Requirements

• Strong programming skills with 3+ years of experience in Golang & Python
• At least 1 LLM-based project (professional or private) that can be showcased
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry
• Working knowledge in relational and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Cloud experience (preferably but not limited to AWS and Kubernetes)
• Problem-solving mindset, with an eye for secure, clean, and pragmatic code

Nice to Have

• Experience working on microservices architectures, API-based, and event-based communication in consultation with senior team members
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing autonomously with occasional guidance
• Curious and eager to learn, embracing new challenges with a growth mindset
• User-centric approach, passionate about building high-quality products

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address challenges in automating conversations with customers
• Design and develop features that improve the quality of automated chats
• Implement and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI and NLP
• Participate in code reviews and application debugging
