Associate, Data Science

Requirements

• Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passport
• Have (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• If graduated, you may have a maximum of 2 years of Data experience in the above scopes through projects, internships, and/or full-time work
• Coding bootcamp graduates are also eligible to apply
• Showcase interest in/excitement for data-science outside of the classroom (open-source/side projects, leadership/volunteering roles, Kaggle competitions, Github activity, conference attendance, etc.)
• Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach
• Have good communication and collaboration skills
• Be business fluent in English
• Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes

Nice to Haves

• Good coding skills in Python and its scientific stack (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering
• SQL and data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift)
• Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical methods
• We would highly value some previous experience in the areas of Search, NLP, LLMs, or Agentic AI
