5+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong preference for distributed systems and hands-on proficiency with Java, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JUnit.
Deep expertise in service-oriented & microservices architectural patterns, including troubleshooting and optimizing scalable systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP & AWS services such as RDS, DDB, Lambda, CW, EC2, SQS, SNS, Cognito, Kinesis).
Proficiency with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, Drone, Travis, CircleCI).
Demonstrated expertise in writing high-quality tests (unit, integration, E2E).
Eagerness to contribute to the well-compensated Firefighter/On-call roster, ensuring the reliability of our systems.
Familiarity with error reporting and monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, New Relic).
An interest in understanding or contributing to frontend logic (ReactJS, Native Android, Flutter).
