Senior Data Scientist - Quick Commerce

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience applying Data Science and Machine Learning in production
• Deep expertise in ranking (multi-stage pipelines, learning-to-rank, retrieval, blending, personalization)
• Strong statistical foundations
• Excellent engineering skills
• Experience with large-scale experimentation and A/B testing platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling ranking systems across multiple markets and platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Contributions to the data science community
• Experience mentoring team members
