Staff Product Analyst - (Quick Commerce)

Requirements:

• Proven 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical concepts
• Strategic thinking and ability to communicate complex data effectively

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Experience collaborating with and guiding data science teams
• Knowledge of data modeling and contributing to data pipelines
• Experience in eCommerce or Quick commerce

• Collaborate with product managers and tech teams
• Mentor and guide data contributors
• Conduct in-depth analyses of product metrics
• Own end-to-end analytics support for initiatives
• Design and execute experiments
• Establish causal inference strategies
