Staff Software Engineer - (Tech Hub Portals)

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Working experience with OpenAPI, Golang, and Databases.
• Working experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Working experience with DevOps practices and SRE.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience working across teams and communicating with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Frontend Development (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Experience building agentic assistants and ML powered applications.
• Experience in Python

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build the Tech Hub and associated automations.
• Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and align work with strategic goals.
• Communicate progress through reports and data analysis.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.
