Staff Engineer (React/Node)

Requirements

• Significant commercial experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, testing frameworks (such as Playwright and Jest)
• Significant experience with monitoring the health of applications in production, developing and using enterprise APIs, accessibility-minded experiences, and continuous delivery environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus / Loki, Kubernetes, Sentry, and Storybook
• Experience working in an eCommerce organization or a shipping/logistics/exports organization

What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting and building front-end React & Node.js applications at scale
• Providing technical leadership and leading inter-team collaboration
• Transforming the shipping platform by researching, scoping, and planning new capabilities
• Driving data-informed decision-making and observability across the team
• Mentoring teammates, fostering growth through collaboration and support
• Improving DevOps best practices to enhance build and deployment pipelines
