Security - UX - Senior Product Designer

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in product design within a B2B-focused company
• You can design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with business goals
• Proficiency with product design tools (Figma and Figjam)
• Comfortable communicating and discussing design decisions
• Eager to learn and grow, actively seeking feedback
• Stay current with design and technology trends
• Proactive communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing data-intensive user experiences
• Contributions to an established design system
• Experience designing automation or GenAI-powered products
• Background in the Security and Cyber domain
• Working on complex technical products
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Partner closely with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams on user needs
• Conduct user research activities to uncover user problems and motivations
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for design process
• Craft intuitive interaction designs balancing aesthetics and usability
