Security - UX - Senior Product Designer

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in product design within a B2B-focused company
• You can design user interfaces that are visually appealing and highly functional
• Experience with design systems and quality assurances
• Proficiency with Figma and Figjam
• Comfortable communicating and discussing design decisions

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing data-intensive user experiences
• Experience contributing to an established design system
• Experience designing automation or GenAI-powered products
• Background in the Security and Cyber domain
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams to dig deep into user needs
• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that guide the design process
• Craft intuitive and engaging interaction designs
• Bring user experiences to life at every stage using various design tools
• Champion design-driven decisions that push for refinement and a user-first approach
