Software Engineer I - Copilot Agent Services

Requirements

• Experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Experience in coding languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with experience OR Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience

Nice to Haves

• Experience with distributed systems at global scale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest or prior experience in modern AI/machine learning technologies, Large Language Models or similar
• Passionate about fostering good API Design practices and processes

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and ship technical solutions across multiple GitHub services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
• Own and advocate for system health and quality
