Software Engineer II

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years technical experience in infrastructure domains
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating Kubernetes in a high scale, production environment

Nice to Haves:

• Minimum of 1 years experience of service mesh platforms, such as Istio or Linkerd
• Minimum 1 years experience in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or a similar language)
• Minimum of 1 years experience using general purpose programming languages
• Minimum of 2 years experience with cloud environments and/or Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and improve the frameworks and tools used to test and configure the Istio based service mesh
• Ensure a reliable service mesh platform across different environments
• Develop and support the service mesh initiative across data center and cloud environments
• Work closely with other engineering and infrastructure teams to design solutions
