Sr. Mgr, Software Engineering

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 6 years experience of designing, developing, and shipping high-quality software at scale
• Minimum of 6 years experience working asynchronously on a remote, distributed team
• Minimum of 1 years direct and/or indirect people management or leadership experience

Nice to Haves

• Minimum of 6 years experience with Web-based platforms focusing on user experience, product development, and feature design
• Minimum of 6 years experience with backend technologies: server-side environments, compute, data-stores, networking, infrastructure, devops, security, and programming languages
• Minimum of 6 years experience with open-source software and communities
