AWM - London - Associate/Vice President - UX Designer

Requirements

• Experience with complex financial applications, particularly for enterprise/financial professionals
• 4+ years industry experience in digital product design
• Experience/aptitude in UX design
• Success creating and launching products/experiences in a large production program
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree or Master’s degree in design, UX, Industrial design, HCI or related fields

What You'll Be Doing

• Analysis phase for design solutions
• Direct engagement with stakeholders and engineering teams
• Product/strategy involvement
• Creation of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs
• Planning and execution of user research and testing
• Contribution to new feature definition and exploration
• Consistent affordances across product set
• Ownership of designs throughout product development lifecycle
