Tech Risk – Governance, Regulatory & Engagement – Policy & Control Governance – Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher
• Knowledge of, and interest in, technology, information security and/or cybersecurity, risk management and the financial services sector
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Interpersonal skills and ability to develop good relationships
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Nice to Haves

• 2-4 years of prior experience in risk, compliance, regulatory, or information technology/security role
• Experience in conducting risk assessments of processes and applications
• Industry Certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISSP, and CISM

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in high profile, global projects to strengthen cybersecurity
• Identifying areas for improvement in control/policy framework and driving uplift
• Developing methodology to identify critical assets and applicable controls
• Analyzing industry frameworks (such as NIST) and internal policies to enhance processes
• Designing and driving control assessment governance
