Software Engineering – Capital Risk-Warsaw-Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM/technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in software development, including data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple internal/external stakeholders while working as part of a team
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Nice to Haves

• Programming experience with at least one imperative language (e.g. Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript)
• Understanding of Linux, SQL, and version control systems
• Experience with building complex/distributed applications
• Interest in test automation, debugging, software optimization, and refactoring
• An interest in Risk Management or in specific OTC derivative products
