Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• 2-6 years of software development experience
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and apply analysis to make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable prioritizing, managing multiple stakeholders, and working as part of a global team
• Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem-solving and product development

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge or interest in trading technologies in the front-office of a trading organization
• AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Technology proficiency
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Related field

What You'll Be Doing

• Focus on software design and development using open source software, databases, cloud solutions, and programming languages
• Collaborate with various teams including trading, sales, asset management, banking, finance, and others
• Work on building and automating solutions to keep the firm at the cutting edge
• Innovate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and more in a collaborative, agile environment
