Develop and maintain high-performance, low-latency electronic trading systems and infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Work extensively with Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol for order routing, market data, and post-trade communication with exchanges, brokers, and other counterparties.
Explore, evaluate, and incorporate AI tooling and machine learning techniques into development workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and system capabilities.
Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and sales to translate complex trading strategies and business requirements into robust, production-ready code.
Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Develop and maintain tools for monitoring, alerting, and reporting on trading system performance and market activity.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the trading platform.
