Global Banking & Markets – Software Engineer (C++) – Associate – Stockholm

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Productive in programming in an object-oriented language
• C++ programming experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to challenge status quo and automate manual tasks
• Ability to drive complex change to completion in collaboration and independently
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, topologies, and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of low-latency systems, including messaging and network protocols
• Working knowledge of order management systems
• Knowledge of financial markets

• Maintaining and developing the platform used for accessing equity exchanges and other trading platforms
• Implementing solutions related to order routing, dissemination of market information, controls evaluation, and the transaction platform
