2 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
2 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
2 years of coding experience in one or more general purpose languages.
Nice to haves:
Experience designing or implementing scalable data pipelines, threat intelligence feeds, machine learning or rule-based detection solutions, or cyber-security researcher tooling and workflows.
Experience with all-source intelligence or open-source investigative tools and methods.
Experience building security tooling.
Experience in tracking, detecting, and identifying adversary infrastructure across cloud platforms.
Excellent research skills, with the ability to influence others.
What you'll be doing:
Support investigations into abuse, espionage, and cybercrime against cloud environments.
Provide technical guidance to product teams based on observed threats to cloud environments.
Oversee the generation of comprehensive intelligence reports and briefings using data from various sources, including sensors and incident reports.
Conduct analysis of open-source information to identify threats related to corporate brand, customer trust, supply chain incidents, and data loss.
Understand how vulnerabilities impact Google Cloud infrastructure, and respond to vulnerabilities with repos, mitigations, and hardening.
